Purpose
This draft notice explains general data handling expectations for the Elvita Finance website and application experience. The notice does not claim encryption at rest, regulatory certification, guaranteed security or any unverified security control.
Browser Handling
The application is designed not to persist Social Security numbers, Federal Tax IDs, signature data or uploaded documents in localStorage, sessionStorage or cookies.
Transmission and Recipients
Submitted application payloads are sent to the configured processing endpoint. Production operators should verify endpoint ownership, access permissions, retention practices, logs and downstream storage before launch.
Operational Review
Before production use, Elvita Finance should complete legal, security and vendor review for data retention, access control, incident response, privacy rights and document handling.
